“Time flies when you love your job,” says one person. The other says, “Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work.”

I have the great fortune to look back on 888 days of self-employment – full of humility, gratitude and pride. My biggest motivation? To support companies in identifying and developing talent in order to grow sustainably together.
